Why Lexie Suites suits groups

The guesthouse has four independent rooms, each with a private bathroom, hot/cold air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The suites have a separate living area, so each family or sub-group has its own space, and there is a common area open to all guests with coffee, tea, milk, snacks, fruit, juices and a microwave.

The location helps when you're travelling in numbers: we're 350 metres from Termini Station, with metro lines A and B, trains and buses a few minutes' walk away, and Fiumicino airport is reachable by the Leonardo Express in about 32 minutes. For airport transfers, on request, we book a private chauffeur (NCC) from €55 one way.

Rooms and sleeping arrangements

We host groups of up to 12 guests. The rooms can be combined depending on your dates and the number of guests:

• Giada Suite: up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds)
• Lexie Suite: up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds)
• Luna Room: up to 2 guests (1 double bed)
• Aurora Suite: up to 3 guests (1 double bed + 1 single bunk bed)
