The most convenient way is the Leonardo Express train, which connects the airport directly to Termini Station in about 32 minutes, with no intermediate stops. Since it's a train, it doesn't depend on road traffic: it's usually the most predictable choice if you have a check-in time to keep to.
From Ciampino (CIA)
From Ciampino the most practical options are a shuttle bus or a taxi to Termini. In this case journey times depend on traffic, so it's worth allowing some extra time, especially at peak hours.
Private transfer (NCC)
